Joey Dunst Violently Expanding Nothing, upon first listen, asserted itself as one of the finest black metal tracks I have ever heard, and no amount of time or personal change has changed that. They are peerless. Favorite track: Violently Expanding Nothing.

Matthew Toye Thantifaxath embody the rage that black metal is known for. Their debut is an invigorating 16 minutes. A must buy along with their first album 'Sacred White Noise'. Favorite track: Freedom Is Depression.
Corey Livingston

Corey Livingston The thing I love about Thantifaxath is that they're able to convey anxiety to the listener not only through lyrics, but on the music itself. It's tense, like a snake twisting around your neck, yet full of despair. Favorite track: The Madness into Which All Things Flow.
